Directions

  1. Cut lobster meat into walnut-sized pieces (make sure all spines are removed)
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of fat in a saucepan
  3. Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes, salt, sugar, cloves, and bay leaf.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf
  6. Add mushrooms, the remaining fat, Tabasco sauce, and the lobster meat.
  7. Simmer until lobster is heated and serve.
