Directions

  1. Remove any spines from crab meat and melt the fat
  2. Add green pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  3. Blend in flour and seasonings
  4. Add tomato juice gradually and cook stirring constantly
  5. Fold in crab meat and heat to boiling
  6. Serve in bread croustades, in par-boiled halves of green pepper, or on toast
